Students can enroll themselves or renew their own memberships directly from your web home page using their credit or debit cards. They can also register an interest in a course and be placed on an electronically managed waiting list. When classes reach their quota limits, self enrolment is automatically disabled.

You can access and update your data using a web browser from any location on the Internet, allowing you, or those whom you delegate, to work from home.

Class Manager can manage your customer membership fees and their expiry dates and can apply membership and concessional discounts to course fees. Members can renew thier own membership through your web page.

Class Manager can manage your room bookings and can invoice your room booking customers at the click of a button. A graphical room availability page is also posted to your web site.

Class Manager can manage your appointments. Create independent schedules for any number of defined appointment services and book people into them and processing their payments.

Class Manager can produce a variety of reports simply with the click of a mouse button, including:

• Income report. Summary and total income from courses, room bookings and the electronic receipt book.
• Tutor History report. Number of classes and total teaching hours of tutors.

• Merchant transaction report to reconcile Class Manager credit card transfers to your bank records.

Class Manager can generate mail-out lists for your newsletters or any other mail-out material.

Throw away your receipt book! Class Manager will save, print and reconcile your receipts to your course income and your cash,credit card, EFT or cheque transactions. Your electronic receipts can be listed and exported to your PC for further processing with Excel or any other compliant software package.

With Class Manager's shared calendar you can create and check on your appointments from any location on the Internet. Pre-appointment warnings are dispatched to designated email addresses.
